AWESOME webquest
http://socialstudies.unitecnology.ac.nz/gallipoli_webquest/index.htm
I really like the final task for this webquest:
" Your final task will be to use all the knowledge you have learned on fatigues about the life of a New Zealand soldier at Gallipoli, to make a parcel that would have been suitable to send to a soldier for a present.
Choose a soldier to send your parcel to. If you were alive in 1915 it could have been your Dad or Grandad. It could have even been your brother.
You are only allowed to send four items, and they must all fit into a box you make, no bigger than 25cm x 20cm x 15cm. The parcel will take three months to get there by ship. Because it is war time many food items are rationed and money is scarce. The items you choose must be those that you could find, make or buy in 1915."
